To whom it may Concern:

David Rogers of the Vector Foundation (MCTF) has been an important help to the Englewood Department of Safety Services in our efort to locate missing juveniles. When adolescents leave and return within a few days, the parents are naturally frightened and confused. When kids are gone for months at a time, the anxiety and fear is overwhelming. Parents who are offered the Vector Foundation to help them locate their children feel an immediate releif and hope. Mr. Rogers' demeanor with them is reassuring and calming. His methods to find children are impressive and his success rate is excellent.

David Rogers is enthusiastic in his efforts to locate missing children. He and his staff are capapble and knowledgeable about the places the runaways congregate. They are tireless in their efforts to find the children, working odd hours and hanging out in places parents would not know about and would probably not feel safe visiting if they did know about them.

The follow up Mr. Rogers provides to children when they are located is equally important. He provides a positive, safe role model to angry, confused teenagers. This sane influence in their chaotic lives is instrumental in keeping them home to work out whatever problems led them to run.

I am grateful to the Vector foundation and David Rogers for his help. I have referred many parents to him and am always satisfied with the results. This organization deserves whatever financial assistance is available to them.
