In February of 1995, Missing Children
Task Force (The Vector Foundation) made a decision to
expand its operations to become the leading missing childrens
organization in Colorado. The foundation secured David Rogers
as its executive director and lead investigator. Mr. Rogers
has over 18 years of experience investigating and locating
missing children throughout the United States and overseas.
In 1986 he received national recognition for completing the
first successful non-governmental recovery of a child taken
outside American borders.
In recent years, the foundation has gained
the support of many corporate and individual sponsors, who
have allowed the foundation to finance the expansion which
is currently taking place. In the past five years, the foundation
was able to positively affect 644 children, and distributed
over 40,000 "Just Ask!" child safety educational
brochures. We were able to accomplish this because of the
growing support throughout Colorado's front range.
Respectful of education and awareness,
our primary focus is the safe return of Colorado's missing
children, providing "no cost" services to
as many families as our funding allows. With this vision,
and the varies support and dedication of many, we can bring
more children home.
